My oral presantation

Hi! My names is Ferran and thitheen years old. Today I'm talking about the royal family. First I talking about the british royal family. Second I talking about the queen and finally I talking about the Prince William and Kate MIddleton.

The British Royal Family is the group of close relatives of the monarch of the United Kingdom . The term is also commonly applied to the same group of people as the relations of the monarch in her or his , thus sometimes at variance with official national  the terms for the family. Members of the royal family belong to, either by birth or marriage, the House of the Windsor, s 1917, when George V changed the name of the royal house .
Although in the United Kingdom there is no strict legal or formal definition of Who is or is not a member of the Royal Family, and different lists will include
Members and relatives of the British Royal Family historically represented the monarch in various places throughout the  British Empire, sometimes for extended periods as viceroys, or for specific ceremonies or events. Today, they often perform ceremonial and social duties throughout the United Kingdom and abroad on behalf of the UK, but, aside from the monarch, have no constitutional role in the affairs of government. This is the same for the other realms of the Commonwealth though the family there acts on behalf of, is funded by, and represents the sovereign of that particular state, and not the United Kingdom.
Elizabeth II (Elizabeth Alexandra Mary, born 21 April 1926[fn 1]) is the constitutional monarch of sixteen independent sovereign states known as the Commonwealth realms: the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, Barbados, the Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Kitts and Nevis. As Head of the Commonwealth, she is the figurehead of the 54-member Commonwealth of Nations; as the British monarch, she is the Supreme Governor of the Church of England.
Elizabeth was educated privately at home. Her father ascended the throne as George VI in 1936. Elizabeth began to undertake public duties during the Second World War, in which she served in the Auxiliary Territorial Service. When her father died in 1952, Elizabeth became Head of the Commonwealth and queen of seven independent Commonwealth countries: the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Pakistan, and Ceylon. Her coronation service in 1953 was the first to be televised.[1]
During her 59-year reign, currently the second-longest for a British monarch, she became queen of 25 other Commonwealth countries as they gained independence. Between 1956 and 1992, half her realms, including South Africa, Pakistan, and Ceylon (renamed Sri Lanka), became republics. Her Silver and Golden Jubilees were celebrated in 1977 and 2002; planning for her Diamond Jubilee in 2012 is underway.
In 1947, she married Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, with whom she has four children: Charles, Anne, Andrew, and Edward. In 1992, which Elizabeth termed her annus horribilis ("horrible year"), Charles and Andrew separated from their wives, Anne divorced, and a severe fire destroyed part of Windsor Castle. Revelations continued on the state of Charles's marriage to Diana, Princess of Wales, and they divorced in 1996. The following year, Diana died in a Paris car crash, and the media criticised the royal family for remaining in seclusion in the days before Diana's funeral. However, Elizabeth's personal popularity rebounded after she appeared in public and has since remained high.

The Prince William and Kate Middleton they has married. They has very people  and the engagement is exttaordinary .
Thanks
